Lead Pastor 

Carl joined the KMC staff as Lead Pastor in 2012 and has been in pastoral ministry since 1986. Carl grew up in Hesston Kansas and he and his wife Mary now reside in Dalton Ohio. Carl and Mary enjoy their three adult children and eight grandchildren. In Carl’s free time he enjoys motorcycle riding.

Team Pastor (Youth)

Craig joined the KMC staff as Youth Pastor in October 2012. Craig and his wife Jenny both live in Dalton Ohio and have three daughters, Elena, Marita and Aubrey. During Craig’s free time, he enjoys board games, coffee, frisbee and projects around their hobby farm.

Team Pastor (Administrative)

Matt joined the KMC staff as Administrative Team Pastor in July 2023. Matt and his wife Aubrey both are from Dalton Ohio and have two sons, Joseph and Oliver. During Matt’s free time, he enjoys playing games with his family, fishing, playing sports and being outside.

Minister of Education

Kris joined the KMC staff as Minister of Education in 2011. Kris and her husband Jason are both from Kidron Ohio and share two children, Lizzie and Rory. During Kris’s time of she enjoys reading, gardening and sharing silly memes with her kids.

Secretary/Bookkeeper

Lois joined the KMC staff as Secretary and Bookkeeper in 1998. Lois is from Mt. Eaton Ohio. Lois and her late husband Bob share two children and three grandchildren. During her time off Lois enjoys gardening, reading, rooting for Cleveland sports teams and spending time with family and friends.

Minister of Music

Gene first joined the KMC staff as Minister of Music in 1991. He is now in his third stint fulfilling this role that began in 2011. Gene grew up in Bluffton Ohio and he and his wife Lynda now reside in Orrville Ohio. Gene and Lynda enjoy their four adult children and ten grandchildren. During Gene’s free time he enjoys tennis, gardening and music.
